We currently ship to all 50 states in the USA and Canada via United States Postal Service (USPS).

We aim to process your order within the same business day or the very next business day. Orders placed after 2PM Central Time (USA) or on weekends/holidays will be processed the following business day.
Tell me about shipping my order.
The delivery time frame for your order is based on the time it takes to package your order in the warehouse PLUS the USPS transit time. Shipping time frames shown below are estimates. Our standard shipping method is USPS First-Class Service. Due to Covid-19 there may be delays by the shipping carrier (USPS).
- USPS First-Class Package to Contiguous USA (3-5 Days): $4.50
- USPS First-Class Package to Hawaii (4-6 days): $5.50
- USPS First-Class Package to Alaska (7-8 days): $6.50
- USPS First-Class Package to APO and FPO Addresses (2-4 weeks): $4.50
- USPS First-Class Package International Service™ to Canada (delivery time varies by destination): $12.50
Shipping fees are subject to change based on quantity ordered. From time to time, we offer Free Standard Shipping Promotions Within the Contiguous USA.
Please understand that we are committed to getting your product to you as soon as possible. You will receive a tracking number for each order. However, we cannot control shipping delays caused by the carrier.

How can I track my order?
We send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships, so you can track your order anytime, anywhere. It’s on the way!
How can I edit my shipping address?
If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please contact us immediately via email at email@example.com. If the package has already shipped, we will not be responsible for the error.
What to do if my package is not received?
If your order states delivered but you did not receive it then a claim must be submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org for this issue. TJz Balm™ will not refund or replace the order without an open claim to our company. The order is subject to a completed investigation with the shipping carrier. No refund or replacement will be issued until the investigation is completed in full. The average time for an investigation is eight business days.
